Owner/Executive Director

Freya Hunter is the owner and director of Autism Behavioural Service Inc.

Freya has both a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Master's of Science in Psychology from the University of Pheonix.

She has over 20 years experience within the autism field, supporting children, teens, and adults.

In 2007, Freya opened Autism Behavioural Services and has since built two successful clinics in Fergus and Orangeville, serving both Wellington and Dufferin Counties.

Freya is a dedicated and passionate professional who believes that all children should be given the opportunity to develop to their fullest potential.

Haley Payne, M.Ed., BCBA

Clinical Director

Haley has been working in the field of ABA since 2011 and has been practicing as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst since 2014.

Haley holds Bachelor degrees from the University of Guelph (Applied Science, Child, Youth and Family) and Brock University (Education) as well as a Master of Education (Curriculum and Instruction, Applied Behaviour Analysis) from Arizona State University.

Haley has experience working with children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities in both clinic and community based settings in intensive and consultative roles. In her free time Haley enjoys spending time at the cottage, going for hikes and spending time with her family.

Lead Instructor Therapist

Alicia is a graduate of the Child and Youth Care Practitioner program at Georgian College and has been working with children on the autism spectrum since 2017.

Alicia is CPI certified and is a lead therapist at our Orangeville site. In her free time, Alicia enjoys going on bike rides, playing with her puppy and spending time at the barn with her animals.

Alicia loves her job because it is so rewarding to work with kids and watch them grow and learn. She thinks this field is so interesting because each child is different and everyday is a new learning opportunity not only for the kiddos but us as well.

Chloe Galbraith, RBT

Lead Instructor Therapist

Chloe has been an Instructor Therapist at ABS Inc since 2017.

Chloe has a Personal Support Worker diploma and is trained in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (Crisis Prevention Institute).

In her time off, Chloe can be found exploring the outdoors with family and friends, or playing team sports.  Chloe loves that every day in this field is a new experience with new challenges and new rewards. She loves watching children blossom into the amazing human beings they are!
